Check Your Branding, Voice, and Aesthetic
Hone your visual branding, tone of voice, and overall Instagram aesthetic.
This is the magic that creates a strong first impression and convinces users to follow you.
- [ ] Update your profile picture with a high-quality image representing you or your business. The picture should be clear, with no old-school filters or grainy pics.
- [ ] Then update Instagram Stories highlight covers, and pinned posts.
- [ ] Update your bio. Is it obvious who you are and what you have to offer? Your bio should have a CTA to lead followers to a freebie, low-cost offer, or something special they’ll want to engage with as they learn about you. Review the Content You Share

[ ] Archive old content that isn't aligned with your current messaging and visual aesthetic. Anything that doesn't work with your future brand vision needs to go. If that means you're archiving most of your old posts, so be it. Look at your insights and keep at least 9 of your top-performing previous posts.

[ ] As you analyze your existing content, identify your top-performing posts regarding engagement and reach. Note what topics you shared in those posts and keep those ideas in mind.
